He serviced the boat and kept her looking new the entire time. They combine, years of experience,  product knowledge and  great follow up which is becoming hard to find these days.  Between Eve checking up on the details and Paul and Rob making sure things are done right, they work together seamlessly.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Pacific Inflatable Boats in Fife, Washington referred me to AI Boat for tube replacement on my 12’ Rendova. I was contacted by Rob, C by email. Through a series of literally dozens of emails, texts, and phone calls (through two hurricanes) Rob answered all of my questions and concerned and had the tubed fabricated without needing me to ship my old tubes to AI Boats. He also provided me with quotes for shipping the tubes cross country to me allowing me to select shipping cost. My wife and I removed the old tubes and installed the perfectly fitted new tubes in less than an hour. AI Boats and Rob were GREAT

I wasn’t sure what to expect but boy was I glad I showed up. I’ve gone to others in the past and wasn’t very happy with the customer service or their work but here at A.I.
